Working Hard

It’s been a while, but it’s getting tough.

I made the choice to do this, to chase down this path.

The path of my dreams where I know there’s much to gain.

But honestly it’s not easy and I know I shouldn’t complain.

I made this choice while being fully aware of the obstacles that I will face.

This is but the first of many tests.

This is not about me ranting nor am I complaining about going through stress. This is simply me explaining, my decision to take these tests.

To keep myself determined, I set these constant reminders.

To remind myself to never forget,

Forget what lies at the end.

For the sake of my dreams I sacrifice,

The sleep, the fun, the rest.
